Miss Africa Netherlands 2015-2016 Sponsorship/Partnership

Registration for the 3rd Edition (2015-2016) of the Miss Africa Netherlands Pageant is almost closing. As a result, Sponsorship/Partnership opportunities are now open.

We are contacting You from the Miss Africa Netherlands in Amsterdam, a non-profit, apolitical and non-religious organisation with the objective to empower women of African descent residing in the Netherlands, promote African Beauty and culture in its diversity. We celebrate strong, talented and committed women with beauty and brains (beauty from inside out) who are determined to bring change to their communities.

Among many of our activities, we organize the Miss Africa Netherlands Pageant; a pageant aimed at empowering the girl child, showcasing and promoting African cultures/tradition in diversity, instill the spirit of giving back, community leadership and ambassadorial spirit, encourage leadership skills, promote advocacy, poise, charisma and provide a unique platform for personal/self development and networking opportunities just to mention but a few.

So far, we are delighted to have received registrations from 24 contestants from 17 countries. The diversity of the registration is a strong testament of the enthusiasm displayed by contestants to be involved in an event which provides a better understanding of Africa in miniature, its culture, beauty and talents. Only one contestant will emerge as a finalist per country.

It would be an honor for us, and for the Contestants, if You would be willing to participate as a Sponsor/Partner in the upcoming 3rd edition of Miss Africa Netherlands. We have listed some of the benefits for sponsorship on our website.

We intend to have the 3rd Edition of the Miss Africa Netherlands Pageant (“Miss Africa Netherlands 2015-2016) sometime in November 2015 in Amsterdam at a venue to be confirmed with a summary of activities.

We also welcome the possibility for products for our gift bags for the contestants. Funds for this event will be directed towards necessary expenditures to give the occasion the grandeur it deserves.

It should be recalled that, by supporting the role models of today, we strengthen our collective tomorrow. As a sponsor/partner, you would contribute to a hopeful future of Africa by helping one individual identify, develop and refine personal attributes such as self-esteem, public speaking ability, self confidence just to mention but a few; qualities that would assist her throughout her life and the lives of others.

Miss Africa Netherlands also reaffirms its objectives in empowering the girl child, increasing access to education, increase access to healthcare, health education and fighting diseases, advocating for women and children’s rights, encourage women’s initiatives in the Netherlands as well as Africa: Miss Africa Netherlands celebrates strong and committed women.

We also reaffirm our commitment to the positive growth of women by stressing the importance of Modesty, Education, Communication, poise and social development skills. Our Pride in organizing this pageant is designed to inspire leadership qualities, promote commitment to community, encourage academic excellence, and reinforce high ethical standards and above all, to empower young girls.

In addition to its fostering role in positive youth development, Miss Africa Netherlands also encourages its young winners to become active participants in effective charitable and community events by embracing the spirit of “giving back” to their local communities. We also stress the importance of education for women. To that end, we will be awarding the titleholders Educational Scholarships and Sponsored gifts & prizes to further this endeavor.

With over 7000 visitors on our website the last few days, we are convinced we have an ideal opportunity for organizations/individuals to promote their businesses. We would very much like to discuss these possibilities with you further and would be most grateful if you could contact us at your earliest convenience. I will also follow up in the course of the coming days, to see if you have any questions or require additional information.
